Omegle TV Unfair 719-Hour Ban Despite No Rule Violation – Refund or Account Reactivation Request

I have been using the Omegle TV app via the App Store on my phone in Ankara, with all my payments billed through Turk Telekom. Most recently, I paid ₺500 for the service. However, today my account was suddenly banned for 719 hours without any warning, explanation, or notification.

I have not committed any rule violation, nor have I received any alerts before this ban. Despite being a paid subscriber, I am now completely blocked from accessing the app. This situation is unacceptable, especially since I have fulfilled my payment obligations but cannot use the service I paid for.

I request that my account linked to a*********@gmail.com** be reactivated immediately and without charge. If my account cannot be restored, I demand a full refund of the ₺500 I recently paid. My consumer rights are clearly being violated, and I expect this issue to be resolved promptly.
