About 4 days ago, when I tried to log into Omegle from my iPhone 13 Pro in Samsun, Turkey, I received a message saying “you are banned,” even though I had not received any warnings and had not violated any rules. I am certain that I did not engage in any inappropriate behavior or commit any rule violations on my account.
To lift the ban, I tried different methods such as using a VPN and deleting and reinstalling the app, but the result did not change and I still cannot log in. I do not have any paid membership on Omegle. The email address I use to log in is o**********@gmail.com.
I request that my unjustified restriction from the app be corrected and that my ban be lifted.
