OmeTV Re-Banned My Account Immediately After a One-Month Ban Lifted

I am filing a complaint about being repeatedly and unjustifiably banned from the OmeTV app on my iPhone. I had previously received a one-month ban, which expired yesterday and restored access to my account. Today, despite committing no rule violation — no insults, no inappropriate content, nothing of the sort — I was banned again.
Being hit with a ban out of nowhere when I have done nothing wrong is both a waste of my time and a genuine grievance. I am requesting that the specific reason for this latest ban be clearly communicated to me in writing, that the ban be lifted, and that the necessary checks be put in place to ensure I am not unjustifiably banned again.
