OmeTV Keeps Banning Me for No Reason and Then Asks Me to Pay to Get Unbanned

I have been using the OmeTV app for a long time, and this morning I was once again hit with a "you have been banned" notice despite not having violated any rules. The same thing happened just two days ago, and being banned repeatedly without any justification has gone well beyond frustrating — it has become a genuine grievance.
Every time I open the app, I am immediately met with a ban notice and a screen asking me to pay a fee to have the ban lifted. Meanwhile, I can clearly see other users displaying openly inappropriate and offensive content with no consequences whatsoever. It is completely unacceptable that a user who has broken no rules keeps getting banned while people engaging in actual misconduct face no action — and it raises serious questions about whether this platform operates fairly or honestly.
This pattern gives the strong impression that users are being arbitrarily banned and then pressured into paying to regain access. This approach is both unethical and deeply damaging to user trust. My account is registered on OmeTV under ID number 384***. The fact that I previously wrote to the support team and received no response whatsoever only reinforces that this issue is not being taken seriously.
I am demanding that this unjustified ban be lifted immediately and without any fee, that I be provided with a clear written explanation of the specific reason my account was banned, and that all necessary steps be taken to prevent this kind of arbitrary banning from happening again.
