For about a month, I have been constantly getting banned while using the Ome TV app on my iPhone device. So far, I have been banned a total of 5 times without any reason, warning, or error message. Each ban lasts about 700 hours. I paid to have the ban lifted, but I was banned again shortly after. Even though I submitted a support request through the app, I have not received any response whatsoever. The banning issue continues both on Wi-Fi and mobile data, and in different locations. My username and contact information related to my account are available.
I demand an explanation for the reason for my ban and the complete removal of the bans that were imposed unfairly. Additionally, I want an explanation as to why I was banned again despite making a payment, and I want my grievance to be resolved.
