I Face Repeated Random Bans on OmeTV App Despite No Rule Violations
I use the OmeTV app on my iPhone, and despite never violating any rules, I keep getting banned repeatedly. So far, this has happened to me around five different times. I even paid to lift my ban once, but only a short time later, I was randomly banned again without any explanation. My app is always updated to the latest version, yet I still face the same issue. Most recently, I received an extremely long ban of 716 hours, which is completely unreasonable. My username/email is m**********@gmail.com**.
It is frustrating to face continuous bans when I have not engaged in any inappropriate behavior. I expect OmeTV to investigate my account, provide a clear explanation, and remove any unfair bans permanently. I want a permanent fix so that I can use the app without constant interruptions. This issue must be resolved immediately.

For about a month, I have been constantly getting banned while using the Ome TV app on my iPhone device. So far, I have been banned a total of 5 times without any reason, warning, or error message. Each ban lasts about 700 hours. I paid to have the ban lifted, but I was banned again shortly after. Even though I submitted a support request through the app, I have not received any response whatsoever. The banning issue continues both on Wi-Fi and mobile data, and in different locations. My username and contact information related to my account are available.
I demand an explanation for the reason for my ban and the complete removal of the bans that were imposed unfairly. Additionally, I want an explanation as to why I was banned again despite making a payment, and I want my grievance to be resolved.
