OmeTV One-Month Ban Complaint on iPhone

While using the OmeTV app on my iPhone, I received a one-month ban on Friday, September 11, 2026, without being given any reason. I was using the video chat feature in accordance with the rules, behaving respectfully, and did not engage in any inappropriate behavior. Despite this, I suddenly received a notification stating that my account had been banned.

The screen displayed in the app shows both the length of the ban and a fee that I can pay to have the ban removed. I find it extremely unfair to impose a ban without explaining the reason, especially when I did not violate any rules, and then require me to pay a fee to remove it.

I request that OmeTV clearly provide the reason for my ban in writing, remove the one-month ban that I believe was issued unfairly, and restore my account to its previous state.
