About 20 days ago, my account on the OmeTV app (which I use on my iPhone) was given a 1-year ban/violation penalty, even though I did not violate any rules. I was simply using the app for normal conversations, and I did not engage in any inappropriate behavior, insults, harassment, or actions that would violate the platform’s rules.
My OmeTV account ID is 354055932. I believe the penalty was applied unfairly. Unfortunately, I could not find any support channel, appeal option, or contact method within the app where I could explain the situation or request a review. Because of this, I cannot properly present my case or even learn the reason for the ban.
I request that the 1-year ban, which I believe was applied unfairly, be reviewed and removed, and that my account be restored. I would also like to receive a clear explanation of the reason for the penalty, if possible.
