Banned In Ometv But I Don't Know The Reason

I use OmeTV on my Android phone and on Saturday, September 12, 2026, my account was suddenly banned. On the screen it says that my account was banned due to numerous complaints from other users and that I can remove the ban by paying ₱585.00, but I do not understand the real reason for this decision. During the video chat I was only showing half of my face, I was not behaving inappropriately, and I did not violate any rules to my knowledge. I have not received any prior warning or clear explanation about what exactly I did wrong or which rule I allegedly broke. I request that my account be checked in detail, that I be informed clearly about the reason for the ban, and that the ban be lifted without any payment if there is no concrete and justified violation. If a mistake has been made, I kindly ask you to correct it and reactivate my access to OmeTV.
