OmeTV Account Blocked After Accidental Minor Age Selection

I was using Ome TV from my Android phone when my account was blocked on January 6, 2026, after I accidentally indicated that I was supposedly a minor. This was a mistake on my part when selecting the option, and as a result my account was immediately blocked even though I did not intend to provide false information. I have not been able to access my account since that date and I have not previously contacted support. I kindly request that my situation be reviewed and that my account be unblocked so that I can log in again, as the block was caused by an accidental selection and not by misuse of the platform.
