I literally just opened the app for the very first time, and I was instantly banned! The person in the ban notification isn't even me – how ridiculous is that? This is completely absurd and utterly pointless.
What's even more infuriating is that I tried logging in with a second Gmail account, and I was still banned! It's clear this app is nothing but a money grab, poorly designed and completely useless. They don't care about legitimate users; they just want to ban you and probably try to force you into some paid "unban" scheme. I don't have any official documents to prove my identity, just my photo, which seems irrelevant since they banned the wrong person!
OmeTV, this is unacceptable! Your banning system is broken, unfair, and seems entirely focused on extracting money from users. Lift this immediate, baseless ban from my account! You need to fix your flawed system and stop unjustly penalizing new users right out of the gate.
