I was using your application, literally doing nothing wrong in front of the camera, and I still got banned! All I did was make a new friend and try to connect with them on Instagram. This is completely illogical and incredibly frustrating.
I genuinely enjoy your app and simply wanted to have some fun and connect with people. Now, because of this arbitrary ban, I can't. It feels like I'm being punished for a basic social interaction. What's the point of a video chat app if you get banned for harmlessly trying to connect with someone?
