OmeTV Banned Again After Paying to Remove Previous Ban

I used OmeTV on my computer and recently faced a serious problem related to both payment and banning. While I was banned, the application showed me an option to remove the ban by paying, so I made the required payment as requested on the screen. After the payment, the ban was successfully removed at first and I was able to open the camera. However, while I was still in the process of adjusting the camera settings, my account suddenly got banned again, even though I had just paid to remove the ban. In the end I lost my money and I am banned again without doing anything wrong. I request that this situation be reviewed and that I receive a clear solution that benefits me, either by permanently removing the ban from my account or refunding the amount I paid, so that I do not remain both banned and out of pocket.
