OmeTV Ban Not Lifted Even After Payment – Refund or Unblock Request

I was banned on OmeTV and decided to pay the required fee to have my ban removed. However, even though the charge was applied to my bill, my ban was never lifted.

This is the first time I’ve experienced such an issue, and it feels unfair and misleading. I either expect my ban to be removed immediately as promised after payment, or I demand a full refund of the money charged.

OmeTV must ensure that users are not charged without receiving the service they are paying for. This situation is unacceptable and should be resolved urgently.
