Ome TV Took My Money, Then Locked My Account Without Reason
On October 21, 2025, I made a payment of approximately $12 via credit card on the Ome TV platform. Later that same day, around 8:00 p.m., my account was banned without any rule violation on my part.
My account is registered with the email d*******@icloud.com**, and I received no notification or explanation regarding the reason for the ban.
I have experienced similar bans several times before, even though I have not violated any community rules. My account currently appears active again, but due to this unjust ban and the inconvenience I suffered after making a payment, I am requesting a refund of the 500 TRY I paid.
I have not yet contacted customer service, but I kindly ask that this matter be resolved promptly and that the refund be processed as soon as possible.
