Got Banned on OmeTV Without Any Violation

About 1–2 hours ago, my account on the OmeTV app was banned without any explanation. The screen only showed an unrelated photo, and there was no clear reason provided for why I was banned. My username and email address are: c**[email protected].

I was using the app on my iPhone 13 Pro Max. About 20 days ago, I made a one-time payment, and I currently do not have an active subscription. I have not contacted customer support yet.

Being banned for no reason at all is extremely upsetting, and this situation has caused me inconvenience. I request that my account be reactivated.
