I Want My Ome Tv Account Back

I have been using the OmeTV Android mobile application and created my account on 4 August 2026 with the same email address that I use for my Google account. Today, when I tried to open the app, I received a message stating that I am underage, even though I am 18 years old. To solve the problem on my own, I uninstalled and reinstalled the application, but the issue continues and I still cannot access my account. I have never gone through any in‑app age or ID verification step, so I do not understand why my account has suddenly been restricted as if I were underage. I request that my OmeTV account be reactivated and my age status be reviewed so that I can use the service normally again, or that I am provided with a clear explanation and solution for this unjust underage restriction.
