I have been experiencing a serious issue with the OmeTV app on my iOS device for about a week. Whenever I try to use the platform, the “accept” and “reject” buttons simply do not work. This makes the application completely unusable since I cannot interact or move forward with any chat. To troubleshoot, I deleted and reinstalled the app and even restarted my iPhone multiple times. Unfortunately, the problem persists, and I do not receive any error messages—the app just became unresponsive and never recovered.
Out of frustration, I even purchased a VIP membership hoping that it might resolve the issue or provide better support access, but it made no difference at all. Despite paying for this upgrade, the application remains broken. I attempted to contact OmeTV’s technical support team, but I could not reach anyone, and I have received no assistance so far.
I live in Muğla, and at this point, I am unable to use the app at all. I expect OmeTV to urgently fix this technical malfunction, provide proper customer support, and compensate me for the wasted VIP subscription fee. Paying customers should not be left with a non-functional service and no support.
