My Old Spice Deodorant Fails to Prevent Odor Even After Multiple Uses a Day
Dear Old Spice team, your commercials do a great job promoting your products as powerful and long-lasting. That’s why I trusted your brand and purchased one of your deodorants. But the reality doesn’t match the promises.
You boldly claim 48-hour protection in your ads. I would have been satisfied with even 24—but I don’t even get 12. I have to reapply the deodorant multiple times a day, and still, it doesn’t fully prevent body odor. This is especially disappointing because we're not even in hot weather season yet—sweating is minimal, and the product still can’t hold up.
It’s frustrating to see such a gap between advertising and actual performance. Old Spice, if you’re going to make bold claims, your products should deliver on them. I expect better quality, better testing, and most importantly, honesty. Please address this issue and consider offering a refund or a more effective alternative.
