OKX Notcoin Bot Event Failed to Reward Me Despite Meeting All Conditions

I participated in the Notcoin bot event on OKX, completing all the required conditions. However, after asking for proof, they requested screenshots, which I provided without issue. Despite this, they claimed I didn’t meet the conditions, but never explained why when I asked for clarification.

I’ve spent a significant amount in commissions to meet these requirements, only to be denied the reward without any clear reason. This raises serious concerns about trust—how can I continue to trade on this platform if they don’t honor their commitments? I expect OKX to resolve this issue and provide the promised reward.
