OKX Exchange - Promotional Reward Not Credited After Completing Requirements



I opened an account on OKX Exchange today and received an email (attached) regarding a promotional campaign. Based on this, I followed all the necessary steps to participate in the campaign and completed the required transactions. I even took screenshots as proof of my participation.
However, when I contacted customer support about my missing reward, they simply told me that the campaign was expired—even though I had received the promotional email today. This is misleading and a complete waste of time and effort.
OKX needs to honor its promotions and provide clearer communication. I demand my rightful reward or an official explanation for this false advertising!
