I have totally run out of patience since OKX has been keeping my deposit captive for a whole year. Their customer service is just completely inadequate. I have repeatedly contacted them, but all they provide is the same copy-paste answers—no actual assistance or fixes. From one department to another, they merely toss you about, creating circles. It is much more than annoying! I have plenty, hence I have already engaged a lawyer to take care of this. To be honest, I'm alerting everyone not to establish an account with OKX Investing your hard-earned money there runs the danger that once it freezes you will be left coping with constant delays and robotic responses. Unless you want headaches and lost control over your own money, avoid OKX.
