Unable to Withdraw Funds and Poor Support on OKX Platform

I have been facing serious issues with OKX when trying to exit the system and access my funds. The platform makes the process unnecessarily complicated, creating significant roadblocks at every step. Despite repeated efforts, I cannot retrieve the money I deposited, which is highly frustrating and concerning.

Customer support has been entirely unhelpful. Instead of resolving the issue, they attempt to dismiss my concerns and redirect me to law enforcement agencies. This lack of a proper security mechanism and customer assistance is unacceptable for a platform handling financial transactions.

I demand immediate action to ensure I can access my funds without further complications. OKX must improve its processes and prioritize customer trust and satisfaction.
