OKX Won't Let Me Withdraw My Funds for Days and Support Keeps Wasting My Time

Since all withdrawals on OKX have been on hold for three days now, to be honest, it is becoming insane. Every time I get in touch with customer care, they are useless. Over and over they ask for the same things—screenshots, videos, then advise me to "try again." It's like living in a time loop and having nothing change. To exacerbate things, every time someone else takes over the case I have to start the entire narrative from fresh. I used to rely on OKX as a consistent exchange, but right now it's sending really negative FTX signals. They seem to be purposefully hanging onto consumer money without a good reason. I want this cleared right immediately.
