OKX Global Reduced My 0.1 ETH Reward to 0.000045 – Requesting Correction

I registered with OKX Global and completed the identity verification, for which I was supposed to receive a 0.1 ETH reward. However, for some reason, the reward that appeared in my account was only 0.000045 ETH. Why are you misleading people like this? I request that this issue be corrected and that my original reward of 0.1 ETH be credited to my account. Your records should show the reward amount promised and the change that occurred. Please do not deceive your users and fix this immediately.
