OKX Customer Service Delays and Slow Problem Resolution Process – 5 Days of Waiting
I’ve been waiting for days on ticket #5921762, which they claim has been updated, but nothing has happened. No one has called, and the issue hasn’t been resolved. I’ve never seen such an irresponsible and slow-working system. The customer service bot keeps repeating the same automated responses. There’s no contact number, and it’s been 5 days. They haven’t been able to solve a simple issue and act as if they’re in the right by telling me to keep waiting. I’m not going anywhere until this problem is resolved. In 5 days, you could mine a new resource—this is beyond irresponsible.
