OKX Crypto Exchange Selfie Verification Fails Repeatedly Despite Following Instructions

I’ve been trying to complete the selfie verification step on OKX Crypto Exchange, following all the instructions carefully, but no matter how many times I try, I keep getting the message, "An error occurred, please try again." I’ve attempted this dozens of times without success. OKX needs to offer an alternative solution for users facing selfie verification issues or, like other exchanges, implement a simpler video verification process where users can move their head side to side. This current process is frustrating and ineffective, and I hope OKX addresses this issue to make verification smoother for all users.
