OkCupid Deleted My Account Without Warning After Photo Change
I had an OkCupid account for years and one day I decided to change my photo and username. I replaced my profile picture with a landscape photo, as I prefer not to use personal photos. Suddenly, my account was deleted, and my number was banned. If the issue is the profile picture, I’m willing to update it, but why is my account completely shut down? There are far worse accounts still active, yet mine gets banned. I contacted customer support, and their response was rude, saying "this is the final decision" without offering any real solution. I want my account reinstated and a clear explanation for this action.
