OkCupid Account Suspended Without Reason: Error Code 8 and 2 Blocking Access

My OkCupid account was suddenly deactivated without any warning or explanation. I keep seeing the message "Your account has been suspended" along with error codes 8 and 2. I can't log in with my phone number, nor can I create a new account. I have no idea why this happened, and I’ve received no communication from OkCupid explaining the issue. I have already emailed support but have not received any response. I expect my account to be reactivated as soon as possible and request immediate contact to resolve this problem. I also want to be called for further clarification. OkCupid, this needs to be addressed now!
