I am rather annoyed! Although I have a Premium membership on OkCupid, I keep getting a General Verification Error hence I am unable to send private messages. The problem still exists no matter how many times I try.
I even erased and rebuilt the program, but the issue still exists. For what reason is this occurring? A paid membership should function as expected, yet I cannot even use the fundamental tools I paid for! This app is becoming somewhat erratic.
Fix this right now using OkCupid! I demand a refund if I can't use my Premium features. Please offer a quick fix; this is unacceptable! I now need a reply.
