Awful Experience With Serhat Ardahan Bus Company Via Obilet

I purchased a Serhat Ardahan bus ticket via Obilet for the Rize–Kars route at 02:00 and had a connecting flight the same day. Despite having a confirmed ticket, the bus did not arrive at the scheduled time, and as a result I missed my flight and was left waiting in the middle of the night under heavy rain. Because the bus did not provide the service at the agreed time, I suffered serious financial and moral damage. I had to cover the cost of a new flight, lost the money for my original flight, and incurred additional expenses for accommodation, food and all other necessary costs until I was finally able to book and take the next available flight. I request that all of these losses be fully compensated, including the original bus ticket, the missed flight, the new flight and all related accommodation, food and other expenses caused by this disruption, and I expect this issue to be resolved as soon as possible.
