Complaint About Obilet.com
On 6 September 2026 I had a bus ticket purchased through Obilet.com for a Batumi, Georgia – İstanbul, Türkiye trip at 11:00. The ticket, issued in the name of Ioulia M*** and Mehdi Khodabakhshi‑O*** for the company Bustrans, cost a total of 117.16 euro. On the day of travel the bus simply never arrived. Because of this situation I was stranded in Batumi for the whole day, felt stressed and unsafe, and had to arrange everything again at the last minute. I was forced to pay for an unexpected extra night at a hotel and to buy two new bus tickets for the next day in order to reach İstanbul. I find it unacceptable that the bus did not operate and that I received no proper service in return for the money I paid. I kindly request a full refund of the original 117.16 euro ticket, reimbursement of my hotel cost for the additional night, reimbursement of the bus fares I had to pay for the following day, and a written apology for the stress and inconvenience caused.
