Nutella Did Not Let Me Redeem My Points Due to Hidden Stock Limits

Dear Sir/Madam, according to the points system presented on Nutella’s official website, users can redeem their accumulated points for gift products. However, when users upload their points and reach the required amount, they are informed that these products, whose stock status was not previously disclosed, have quickly run out, preventing them from completing their redemption. This situation misleads users and causes inconvenience due to the failure to fulfill promised rewards. I believe that this reward system, which encourages consumers to collect points with the expectation of receiving gifts, should be managed transparently and fairly. Therefore, I request prior notification of stock availability for gift products, clear communication regarding stock replenishment, and a fairer system for redeeming points. Otherwise, I will take the necessary steps within the framework of Consumer Rights. I kindly request the necessary action to be taken. Best regards. Fatih B***
