Novakid Won't Let My Grandchild Join Classes Despite Correct Settings on Computer

I haven't been able to get to Novakid lessons, and my grandchild has missed three classes in a row. Even though my computer is set up correctly, I keep getting the message "Your browser does not allow the use of the microphone and camera." I've made sure everything is turned on again and again, but the mistake still happens. I also tried to get into the class on my phone, but all I see is "connecting to the class, waiting for the teacher." The worst part is that there's no one to talk to or get help from. I expect Novakid to help fix the problem so my grandchild can continue their learning. This has been very inconvenient.
