Nivea Cleansing Foam Caused Severe Skin Burning

About five days ago, I purchased NIVEA Refreshing Facial Cleansing Foam with Lotus Flower Extract from a ŞOK Market store. From the very first time I used the product, I experienced intense burning on my face, followed by swelling and eventually peeling. Every time I used the cleanser, I had the same severe burning sensation, and the symptoms never improved. My face continued to swell. I also noticed that the product did not display an expiration date, which made me even more concerned.
I have never experienced this type of reaction with any skincare product before. Because of this product, I have suffered a significant skin reaction, and the money I spent on it has been wasted. I purchased the product from ŞOK Market, although I no longer have the receipt.
I request that NIVEA promptly investigate this product, provide me with a written explanation regarding the skin reaction I experienced, and honor my request for both a replacement product and a full refund.
