Nivea Aqua Rose Face Wash Causes Severe Burning

On September 12, I purchased Nivea Aqua Rose facial cleansing foam from the Gratis store inside Batman Park Mall in Batman. Although the product packaging states that it is suitable for sensitive skin, when I used the product for the first time today, I immediately experienced severe burning, irritation, and redness on my skin. I did not expect such an intense reaction from a product specifically marketed as suitable for sensitive skin.
I have photos of the product available. However, for privacy and personal data protection reasons, I am not uploading a photo of my face to the system. I do have images showing the reaction on my skin, and if a company representative contacts me, I can provide these images to them privately if requested. I request that the product's ingredients and its claim of being suitable for sensitive skin be thoroughly reviewed, that I receive an explanation regarding this incident, and that an appropriate solution be provided to resolve the inconvenience I have experienced.
Although I do not have a receipt or invoice record, I believe the purchase can be verified through your system using the date and store information I provided. If necessary, I am willing to return the product to the store for further examination.
