Canva AI Wasted Three Hours on a Simple Design Task

I have been using Canva for a long time to create visual designs for Instagram. Both today and in the past, I have experienced significant time loss while working with Canva AI. Even when I give it very simple instructions, it repeatedly fails to carry them out correctly.

I had a four-page design, and I specifically wanted the exact same symbols used next to the text on Page 4 to also be used on Page 3. However, Canva AI did something completely different every time, repeatedly disrupted the text alignment, and forced me to correct the design over and over again. My request was extremely clear, yet the tool failed to understand and implement it properly.

During this process, I initially had a Pro subscription, and today I upgraded to a Business subscription to get additional AI credits and paid approximately $7. Despite charging customers under the promise of providing “more AI usage,” the system was unable to properly perform such a basic task. This was extremely disappointing and caused me significant inconvenience. A task that I could have completed much more quickly on my own took nearly three hours because of Canva AI.

I request compensation for both the money I spent and the time I lost, including a refund of the payment I made. I also request a clear explanation as to why basic design instructions like this are not being processed correctly by Canva AI.
