Nivea Derma Skin Clear Face Wash Causes Skin Reaction

I purchased Nivea Derma Skin Clear facial cleansing gel for acne-prone skin from Gratis two days ago. I used the product for the first time on the day I purchased it, and the following day I experienced a significant reaction around my chin.

The area around my chin developed intense redness, a burning sensation, itching, and small inflamed pimples. This has been both visually distressing and disruptive to my daily life because of the burning and itching. I have not seen a doctor yet, but my skin is still sensitive and the problem is ongoing.

I request that Nivea conduct the necessary investigation into this product, take the skin reaction I experienced seriously, refund the purchase price, and provide an appropriate solution to compensate me for the inconvenience I have experienced.
