Nissan Sold Me a New X Trail With Faulty Air Conditioner and Delays Repair
Hello, On 28.03.2025, we purchased a Nissan X-Trail 1.5 CVT MHEV PLATINUM M2WD with license plate number 34 MZV 3**. On 11.08.2025, the air conditioning system of our vehicle malfunctioned. The air conditioner is blowing hot air. All the service centers we contacted for this issue have offered us appointments either at least a week later or at the beginning of September. The weather is extremely hot, and under these conditions, the vehicle is not usable. In addition, we are planning to travel to Greece by car at the end of the month for a holiday, for which we have already made reservations. Our grievance needs to be resolved urgently, but we have not received any positive feedback either from the service centers or from Nissan Customer Services (specifically from the representatives we spoke to at the number 0216 651 84 20). It is already a concern that such a malfunction occurred in a newly purchased vehicle, but the delay in finding a solution makes the situation even worse.
