2012 Nissan Qashqai Accident Deception

In March 2012, I purchased a Nissan Qashqai from Sertepe, which entered customs in February of the same year. As the second owner, I bought the car in 2022. However, when I attempted to sell it and checked the Tramer records, I discovered a record dated July 31, 2021, indicating a ₺20,000 incident for the vehicle with plate number 16 JFT 93. If the car cleared customs in 2012, why does it have an accident record? Sertepe claims they are not responsible for this issue. But if the car was issued an exit plate, shouldn't it have been deregistered? I'm left in distress, as this has led to two failed attempts to sell my car. If Sertepe fails to resolve this matter, I will take legal action. Resolving this issue is beyond my capability; it requires Sertepe's legal team to intervene.
