FC 25 Pack Selection Error on Nintendo Switch Lite Due to Game Freeze

While playing FC 25, I opened a +93 Spain TOTS pack. Among the available options, the card I truly wanted—97-rated Raphinha—appeared. Unfortunately, my Nintendo Switch Lite froze during the selection, and as a result, a different card was automatically chosen instead. Because of this system error, I lost the chance to claim the card I earned.

I even recorded a video that clearly shows the freeze and the wrong selection being made, so I can provide proof if needed. This was not a mistake on my part but a technical fault with the console or the game itself. I request immediate assistance to have the correct card, 97 Raphinha, restored to my account. Players should not be penalized for errors caused by game freezes. EA should resolve this promptly to maintain fairness for all users.
