Unable to Connect Wii to Internet, No Support from Nintendo

I’ve been trying to connect my Nintendo Wii console to the internet, but I keep failing despite multiple attempts. I reached out for help through Nintendo's website, but I received no support. I also watched several tutorial videos, but none of them resolved the issue. This situation has started to shake my confidence in the company. I expected better customer support from Nintendo, especially for their own products. It's frustrating when a simple connection problem turns into such a hassle, and I’m disappointed with the lack of assistance provided.
