On March 27, 2024, I purchased a Nike b Nsw Tech Fleece Full-Zip sweatshirt from www.sneaksup.com.tr for my son. However, shortly after, noticeable pilling appeared on the right back side of the sweatshirt. I brought this issue to the Sneaks Up store at Ankara Cepa Mall on April 7, 2024, for inspection. My son loves wearing this sweatshirt, but I have yet to receive any feedback, positive or negative, about the issue. It’s disappointing to see that this product does not meet the expected quality standards, especially since I bought it for my son’s comfort and satisfaction. Therefore, I urgently request a replacement or a refund. As a brand that values customer satisfaction, I hope you will address this issue promptly. I look forward to your response and solution to this matter.
