I purchased a Nike Air Force 1 product through nike.com with the order number g10166948312. The product developed tears on the inside heel part of the shoe. Although I contacted customer service twice, they stated that the issue was due to user error. I had experienced the same problem with a product I bought previously, and I also know people around me who faced the same issue. Despite this, it is still considered a user error. I expect my issue to be resolved.
