Nike Refused to Exchange My Product With Loose Threads - Dismissed My Concern


I purchased products I’ve always used from the Nike store. They were all smiles when taking the ₺13,000 payment. Today, I went back to the store with the product shown in the photo on the left. I asked if it was normal for the product to look like that, and they said, “Yes, yes, it’s just extra thread.” But when I pointed out that the threads looked like they were coming loose, the sales associate named Ö**** brushed me off and said, “No, that’s how it is.” When I asked if they could help with an exchange, I was told, “The product has been used.” I explained that I had only removed the tags and washed it before wearing, but he still insisted, saying, “Even if I send this for inspection, it will be rejected.” He made a definite claim without even sending it. I found it very disappointing that such a big brand like Nike would treat customers this way. After this experience, I’m considering returning the unused products worth ₺13,000. I also couldn’t understand how the product in the other photo from the store could be considered the same.
