Nike Pro Tights Dilapidated Stitching and Detached Logo Complaint

I recently purchased a pair of Nike Pro Tights as a birthday gift for my spouse. We followed the care instructions carefully, yet the stitching started to unravel, and to our dismay, the Nike emblem even detached from the fabric.

Disappointed with the product's quality, we contacted Nike customer service for assistance. However, to our further dismay, the investigation resulted in an adverse decision against us. The rationale behind this decision was not even provided, leaving us baffled and frustrated.

Undeterred, we decided to appeal the decision to the Arbitration Board, hoping for a fair resolution. While we are optimistic about a positive outcome, this experience has left us questioning the quality standards of Nike products.
