In spite of claims to the contrary, waterproof mascara remains untouched by the Neutrogena Triple Action Micellar Water. The stinging is intense, and I felt like the rubbing was irritating the skin around my eyes. It doesn't work as advertised, even though the container says it can remove waterproof makeup. I bought this product hoping it would remove waterproof makeup, but it may also remove regular makeup. It was disheartening to see that it had no effect. I would have preferred to spend an extra 60 ₺ on a different brand's dual-phase cleansing product if I had been aware. Although it appeared to be reasonably priced, it turned out to be disappointing.
