I bought another product, which was a micellar water, from Neutrogena, but both products were just okay. I only mentioned one product. I should have mentioned both. The makeup remover water really hurt my eyes, didn't take off the makeup at all, and made my skin all red. I should've just washed my face with water. They've been saying they'll send the product for 2 months, but they keep putting it off. I'm not really worried about the office and warehouse move. They told me it would only take around 2 weeks, but it's already been 2 months and they keep saying it will be shipped soon. It's fine if they send it in two years.
Instead of sending a really bad replacement product, it would be better if they just sent a box as compensation. When I called, there was a customer representative on the line. She says they haven't stopped making it yet. So, it doesn't make sense for it to take so long just to ship one product. I definitely expect to be paid for this.
