I purchased the Neutrogena Bright Boost cream expecting a high-quality product that would nourish my skin. Instead, I’ve had nothing but problems from the very first use. The cream leaves a sticky, greasy film on my face that never fully absorbs. It feels like a mask sitting on my skin, not a skincare product meant to help.
Even worse, it caused burning, irritation, and dryness—exactly the opposite of what it promises. My face now feels tight, uncomfortable, and far from smooth or radiant. For a product marketed as anti-aging, it's ironic that the dryness it's caused will likely lead to more wrinkles, not fewer.
I paid a significant amount for this cream, but I can’t use it at all. It’s extremely frustrating to spend ₺400+ on a product only to have it damage your skin.
Neutrogena, I’m requesting that you accept a return and issue a refund immediately. This product is not suitable for my skin, and based on other reviews, I’m not alone in this experience.
