Neutrogena Acne Toner Caused Redness and Burning

I just bought and used the Neutrogena acne toner from a Gratis store. I am 43 years old and have never experienced anything like this with any product I’ve used before. I developed severe redness and burning on my forehead, nose, the sides of my nose, above my lips, and on my chin. After seeing many similar comments, I am convinced that this product is problematic. I don’t understand how the authorities can do nothing when there are so many negative reviews for the same reason. I never expected such carelessness from the Neutrogena brand.
