Neutrogena Skin Care Cream Made My Skin Clumpy, Replacement Awaiting

 when I slapped that stuff on my face, it made my skin all clumpy and patchy. So, I was all worried about this problem, rang Neutrogena's customer service, and they were ok, nice, and understanding, they said we made some changes to the formula, and that might be why you're having these issues. They said sorry and offered to hook me up with a new product of my choosing. I gotta give them credit for the gesture and all, but it's been like three whole months since they said they'd send the replacement, and I'm still here waiting for it to show up.  this delay has totally caught me off guard, I've always been a fan of Neutrogena 'cause their stuff is top-notch, but this whole situation has got me doubting if they're really as reliable as I thought.
